At Elite Field Service, our Field Technicians play a key role in supporting the crews we serve across Michigan. When equipment needs attention, you’re the one showing up, working through the issue, and helping get things back on track.
If you enjoy problem-solving, working with your hands, and getting out into the field, this is a role where you’ll stay engaged and keep learning.
As the Michigan dealer for Manitou equipment, Bandit equipment, CMC tracked aerial lifts, and GiANT loaders—and a factory-authorized service provider for JLG and Sennebogen—you’ll be working with some of the most respected equipment in the industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a field-based role where no two days look exactly the same.
You’ll be:
Traveling to customer sites across Michigan
Diagnosing and repairing aerial lifts, telehandlers, and other heavy equipment
Troubleshooting issues on-site and working toward practical solutions
Communicating with customers in a clear, professional way
Completing service documentation and job updates
Tracking time and coordinating parts when needed
Your Service Truck
Your truck is your workspace in the field.
Maintain organized inventory and common parts
Keep your vehicle clean and ready for the day
Stay prepared so you can respond efficiently on-site

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:

Is comfortable working independently in the field

Brings a strong, reliable work ethic
Experience with heavy equipment, mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems is an asset, but the right attitude and willingness to learn go a long way here.

Keeping Equipment Moving
At Elite Field Service, our Pickup Truck & Trailer Drivers play an important role in supporting our team and customers by ensuring equipment gets where it needs to go—safely and on time.
If you enjoy being on the road, take pride in doing things the right way, and like being part of a hardworking team, this is a steady and important role within our operation.
As the Michigan dealer for Manitou equipment, Bandit equipment, CMC tracked aerial lifts, and GiANT loaders—and a factory-authorized service provider for JLG and Sennebogen—you’ll be working around some of the most respected equipment in the industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
This role focuses on transporting equipment and supporting day-to-day operations.
You’ll be:
• Transporting equipment using a pickup truck and trailer
• Ensuring loads are secured properly and transported safely
• Supporting the team with equipment movement as needed
• Communicating clearly with team members regarding pickups and deliveries
Your Equipment
You’ll be trusted with company vehicles and equipment and attention to detail matters.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of truck and trailer
• Ensure safe loading, securing, and transport of equipment
• Take pride in representing Elite while on the road
How We Work
We keep things straightforward, with a focus on consistency and teamwork.
• Hours can vary slightly day to day and some flexibility is needed from time to time as workloads shift and some days run longer
• Clear communication with the team on daily priorities
• Supportive environment where everyone plays a role
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
• Is reliable and takes responsibility seriously
• Pays attention to safety and detail
• Communicates clearly and works well with the team
• Enjoys being on the road and staying active throughout the day
CDL is preferred, but not required.
Experience operating equipment is also preferred.

At Elite Field Service, our Shop Technicians play a key role in keeping equipment ready to perform. From repairs and maintenance to troubleshooting and final checks, your work helps ensure machines are prepared to go back out and get the job done.
If you enjoy working with your hands, solving mechanical issues, and being part of a strong team environment, this is a role where you can continue to build your skills and experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
This is a shop-based role where you’ll work on a range of equipment and repairs.
You’ll be:
• Performing equipment repairs and maintenance in the shop
• Diagnosing issues and troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Completing component replacements and rebuilds as needed
• Conducting quality checks to ensure equipment is ready for delivery
• Completing service documentation in Full Bay and tracking time
• Coordinating parts requests and supporting job flow
Your Work Environment
The shop is where the work comes together and where attention to detail matters.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Take pride in quality workmanship and finished repairs
• Help ensure every piece of equipment meets standards before it leaves the shop
How We Work
We’ve built systems and support around our technicians to keep work moving efficiently.
• Work with Shop Foremen to prioritize jobs and workflow
• Communicate parts needs with the Parts department
• Collaborate with other technicians on more complex jobs
• Follow clear processes for work orders, diagnosis, parts requests, and quality checks
• Use digital tools like Full Bay for service documentation and job tracking
